ACTA, FirstServe Tennis and Arlington Parks & Recreation are standing up a mini tennis court at Clarendon Day, Saturday, September 25. Participants will be invited to “Beat the Pro” for prizes. Besides having a good time (it’s a lot of fun if you haven’t been), we hope to raise awareness of ACTA and tennis in Arlington.
We need volunteers to MC and be the Pro. The MC (Master of Ceremony) will greet, organize and hand out prizes. The Pro will play 5 points with each contestant while taunting or providing helpful instruction depending on contestant.
We need up to three folks to help for every hour between 11 and 5. Sign up below by clicking REPLY under a time slot. Also, let us know whether you’d like to MC or be the Pro!
Sign me up for 3-4.
